The Swiss Federal Tax Administration (SFTA) published the first part of the revised publication for VAT. The SFTA has undertaken fiscal
reappraisals in several areas. The changes to practice resulting thereof come into effect as of January 1, 2008. Ernst & Young is
pleased to illustrate the possible impacts on your business after the issuing of the second part of the publication in the course of
